My room was good sized and functional and featured nice view of the Cathedral at night--beautiful. The location was marvellous and fab, right in the centre of town. Dined at La Brunilda, it was at a medium distance from the venue. There was an executive bar with a huge variety of different food, such as appetizers and tapas...

We had a fantastic time in a hotel in the city center. The location was perfect, as we could reach many attractions within a 20-minute walk. The staff was always there to assist us with any request, and we loved the sound of the church bells in the area. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the service was excellent.
The rooftop terrace was a bit disappointing, as it lacked more beds in the sunshine and a small pool instead of a jacuzzi.

We had a Red Level room at this hotel during our stay and it was absolutely fantastic. The room had been recently refurbished and was beautifully done. We loved having access to the Red Level lounge where we enjoyed complimentary food and drinks throughout the day. The breakfast was also incredible with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, even surprising us with a cake and bubbly for my wife's birthday. The hotel itself is immaculate and the rooftop pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the major sights and close to a bus station. It's a wonderful hotel and I would definitely recommend it. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this exceptional hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding service, especially towards our young daughter. The location is ideal, with easy access to attractions. The design of the hotel is elegant, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was of high quality with a variety of options available. We particularly appreciated the Sevillian paintings throughout the hotel, adding to its charm.
The only minor issue we encountered was the discomfort of the sofa in our room, which was more of a decorative piece rather than functional. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall excellent experience we had at the hotel.

New Year's in this hotel was quite the experience! The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering complimentary champagne and party favors on arrival. The central location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions and restaurants only a short walk away. The cozy lobby with its fireplace was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink after a long day of sightseeing.
The hotel experience was not entirely satisfactory. We also experienced intermittent issues with the hot water and the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.
