Red Level Lounge Access, Rooftop Plunge Pool, Distinctive Art Decor

The bathroom layout is puzzling, making shower access inconvenient!!! The water pressure isn't reliable, leading to bathtub flooding during showers!!! The lounge could use a more exciting dessert selection instead of the lackluster options currently available!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, immersed in the fine historical ambiance of Seville. The staff's attentiveness stood out, but I found the room a bit small for the premium price. Delicious breakfast offerings elevated my experience even more.

Fantastic atmosphere with warm service from the staff. The Premium Room Red Level was comfy. The bed was cozy with hypoallergenic pillows. Breakfast had fresh pastries and was served until 11:00. Access to the Red Level Lounge gave all-day snacks, drinks, and a lovely rooftop pool with city views. The spa was great, with excellent massage services.

The hotel features beautifully themed doors that feel like a gallery, adding an artistic touch to the stay. Staff members are consistently warm and helpful, such as the concierge who arranged a special dinner reservation after a tour was canceled. Breakfast is fresh and extensive, with standout items like guava jam. However, the open dining area can be quite cold, and some rooms' views aren't particularly impressive, overlooking residential buildings.

The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. I loved the artistic design, especially the unique doors inspired by famous paintings. However, the lighting was a bit tricky at first, and the shower setup with the box step could be a hassle for someone with joint issues. Overall, it felt cozy and luxurious, despite a few quirks.

However, it would have been nice if the turn-down service occurred more consistently.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We experienced a private flamenco show at El Tablao and enjoyed dinner at Abades Triana, which was mesmerizing. The breakfast was great and served until 11:00. The staff were professional, providing attentive service. The location was convenient for exploring local attractions, making it a perfect base for our adventures.

Comfortable room, excellent service, the staff went above and beyond during our stay, especially the kind and attentive breakfast service from Carmen, who was always cheerful and remembered our preferences, making the mornings more enjoyable. conveniently located near key attractions, we easily walked to several local restaurants and cultural sites without needing a cab.

The views from the balconies are underwhelming, as they overlook nearby apartment buildings rather than scenic landscapes. Additionally, the room service left something to be desired. one of my avocado toasts showed up soggy, which felt off for that kind of establishment. Lastly, the rooftop area lacks charm, feeling cramped and not particularly inviting to linger, especially at busy times.
